Delivery Arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased. We will notify you if your goods can not be despatched for any reason. The delivery costs for items ordered are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. However, due to the nature of some products and services, delivery costs may be misquoted in which case we will contact you to refund you or ask you to pay the difference before we can deliver your order. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
Please note that there are some products that we do not ship to certain destinations. Where this is the case we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellation and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased (with the exception of some non refundable items) you may cancel your order and return the goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you with a refund. You will receive the refund within 30 days of cancellation. The refund will normally be in the form of the original method of payment. This right to return Goods or receive refunds does not apply to:
(i) cosmetic products (ii) earrings (iii) books (iv) lingerie (v) videos, CDs CD-ROMs or DVDs which you have used or unsealed (vi) perishable goods such as food, cameras or flowers (vii) events or services (such as wedding or event planning services, holidays or entertainments) that are booked for a certain date (viii) financial or insurance products or (ix) products made to order, including all personalised products.
Bulk orders are only returnable at our or the third party supplier’s discretion.
Please note that where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or that it is defective, we will refund you the price of postage and packaging. Otherwise, the price of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
In order to offer such low prices on disposable cameras we limit our liability to those either lost or damaged to the replacement value of the camera or film. We strongly recommend that disposable cameras are not used as the only source of photography on your wedding or celebration day.
We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, which provides for a 7 day 'cooling off' period after an order is placed, during which time goods may be cancelled or returned (as long as they are unused, still sealed and in their original packaging).
Please also note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as costumer, i.e. if the gifts are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any) to the address above with all receipts, warranties, licences, manuals and accessories. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods. When returning faulty furniture or other made to order items you must contact us at: care@celebritystyleweddings.co.uk prior to returning the items to agree a method and date for return.
Risk and Property
Once the Goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods shall pass to you.
Irrespective of delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for the price of the Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due. Until such time as the ownership of the Goods passes to you, we shall be entitled to ask you to return the Goods to us.

The Planner services allows our wedding planners to plan or partly get involved in planning your wedding and therefore when you book to see i.e. a sample table setting for your wedding, (where available) you may request that they include your desired products/services for your viewing.
No. As our products and services change often, we do not offer printed brochures. Our website also offers you even more flexibility and speedy communication that a printed brochure would not.

Yes you can! To order a sample before you make your main purchase (with the exception of personalised items or items sold in sets or packs), you may simply add one of the item to cart and proceed to purchase. Please note that only 1 sample per item type can be purchased per household.
When you order a personalised item, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections where there is an obvious error. Where we need to contact you to verify an entry, we will do so.
Due to the nature of personalised items, a minimum order may be required. No refunds/exchange/cancellations are offered on purchases of personalised items.
