How can I place an order?
You can shop with us in 3 easy steps:
Simply select the item you want . Add it to your shopping cart . Enter quantity you require . Proceed to checkout to pay. When ordering chair covers, please click to see the 'Chair Help' page , to enable you provide us with the correct measurements and details of the chair you wish to cover.
When will my order arrive?
Most items are available for next day delivery. The delivery for some items and services vary as some are subject to the date of your wedding or event. Most items are in stock and can be shipped immediately. We offer standard delivery (2-4 working days) and Next day delivery (delivered next day if order is placed before 10am). Please make your choice during checkout.
What if the recipient is out when you try to deliver the order?
Please ensure that someone is home to sign and collect the delivery. If there is nobody home, a card would be left informing the recipient of an attempted delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please state this during checkout in the 'additional information' box and let us know if you would like the items left at your neighbor’s or with a relative. Delivery is also available to your workplace.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit & debit cards through Paypal; Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta & Visa Electron. No paypal account is required.
Where can you deliver?
UK & Worldwide: All of the products & services on our website can be delivered worldwide, except some of the items for hire and other marked items. Cake delivery is also limited to some areas (please enquire).
